Our Services

  • SOME-TIMER: $50 per month

    Included each month: 40 hours of access monthly; free WiFi; building amenities; free access to member events; and reduced fees for room rentals.

    PART-TIMER: $100 per month

    Included each month: 20 hours access weekly; free WiFi; 20 free copies per month; 2 free conference room hours per month; and all benefits from some-timer membership.

    ANYTIMER: $150 per month

    Included each month: 24/7 access; 40 free copies per month; 4 free conference room hours; and all benefits from some-timer.

  • You have your own assigned desk in a communal area. You are welcome to bring in your own decorations, desktop set-up, and office plants! While you’ll be in a shared room with other folks, your desk is entirely your own and comes with a locking file cabinet. This membership also provides you with a business mailing address; 24/7 access to the building; free copies; 4 free meeting room hours; and all benefits from some-timer membership.

  • Office renters have 24/7 access to their space. They also get credit for four free conference room hours a month and get a discount on additional space rental. Your office will have wifi on its own network and utilities are included in rent. You would have access to a networked copy machine/printer, with 50 free B&W copies per month. Additionally, the lobby is staffed by a community manager Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-1.

  • Large conference room: $30/hour (seats up to 12)

    Small conference room: $20/hour (seats up to 6)

    Coworking room: $125/hour (seats up to 40)

Work when you want, where you want, with who you want. The Guild is designed for flexibility. You can work alone in our communal work area, with your team in our conference rooms, or virtually in our private phone booths.
